During 2020 and 2021 I put ideas, questions and reflections onto paper to try and make sense of them.
When I open a collection, I always skip to the shortest poems or stories. In this book, that’s impossible, because all the poems are very short. I am yet to learn how to write a traditional haiku, but these poems do all follow the seventeen-syllable form, sometimes called Modern Haiku.
As important as the words on a page, is the space. There is plenty of space on the pages. For you. "
